Instead of generic employer-branding buzzwords, we show what’s real: real people at work - with their faces, their gaze, their lives. More than 40 video portraits reveal just how diverse municipal professions are and how closely they’re connected to life in Flensburg. Through their own visual language, the personas share how they experience the city - as a place to live, a place to work, and a source of identity.
The microsite flensburg100.de serves as the digital hub: find jobs, discover videos, and dive deeper into the city’s unique vibe. Offline, an OOH campaign across Flensburg brings the messages into streets, neighborhoods, and public spaces.
